By being mindful of our social and sensory needs and limits, we can avoid becoming burnt out, bombarded and over-committed.
I have over 15 years’ experience in Commercial Broadcasting and previously worked at Channel Nine, Ten and TX Australia. Inspired by my wife Annette, I joined her on the Mount Barker Christmas Pageant Committee, and in 2010 we both received SA Government recognition for our contribution to volunteering. At home I enjoy writing music, playing piano, cooking or watching football.
