This tangy mustard dressing is an easy and versatile dressing for almost any salad. It also goes well over steamed vegetables, giving them a boost of extra flavour.
Serves: 1/2 cup (125ml) | Prep Time: 00:05 | Cooking Time: 00:00
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp minced garlic
- 2 tsp maple syrup (100%)
- Sea salt and pepper to your taste
Add all the above ingredients to a medium bowl and whisk well to combine.
Taste, to check the seasoning and adjust to your liking.
Serve over salads or steamed vegetables.
Store in the fridge in a sealed jar.
