Many Australian Christians are feeling isolated, uncertain about the future, and wrestling with where God is in the current global crisis. Yet, there are some across the world who feel this struggle every day – the persecuted church have been meeting in uncertain times and in small gatherings for a long time.
House Church by Open Doors, a new resource from Open Doors Australia, offers churches and individuals across Australia the chance to learn from the persecuted church in this season of uncertainty.
Online content, released weekly, is formed around the learnings of those who have walked with God through great struggles, and enables individuals and churches to run church from their homes and use this time to draw closer and deeper into their faith.
Each week a video on a different theme, mini-podcast, discussion questions, and a suggested run sheet are emailed to subscribers.
This is a significant time for the world but a significant time for many in the persecuted church, as we remember the anniversary of the Easter Sunday attacks across Sri Lanka where 250 people lost their lives.
