Defence Families Kimochis – Social Emotional Program

Come along and learn how Kimochis can help your family to talk about feelings and build closer relationships. This 8 week FREE community program is designed for families with a parent serving in the Defence Force (ADF). Kimochis are a play based social and emotional tool made up of fun characters with unique personalities and feeling pillows that children and adults can use to identify feelings and communicate needs. Each family will receive a free Kimochis military activity kit on completion valued at $215.

Weekly on Tuesdays (2nd August to 20th Sept 2022)

Afternoon Tea: 3:30 pm (optional)
Workshops: 4:00-5.30 pm
