Films are an amazing medium where we can experience stories and share experiences; which is why 1079 Life is partnering with Heritage Films to bring you the exclusive première of Beautifully Broken this October as well as a fantastic competition!

A refugee’s escape, a prisoner’s promise and a daughter’s painful secret.

Beautifully Broken is based on a true story of three different families in three different countries who are each trying to find hope amidst the devastation of war. It is a story that explores faith, optimism and redemption in the lives of the characters’ and serves as an inspiring example for us all.

‘I LOVED BEAUTIFULLY BROKEN! To be able to see a film that dealt with issues of forgiveness, reconciliation and love all in one was just beautiful!”
– Nicole C. Mullen, Christian Recording Artist

As three fathers fight to save their families, their lives become intertwined in an unlikely journey across the globe in an adventure of healing, reconciliation and the power of forgiveness.

“Beautifully Broken” enthusiastically and unabashedly celebrates the power of faith and forgiveness, and the potential for reconciliation and redemption. But it never comes across as simplistic (or simple-minded) in its boundless optimism. Rather, the movie is dramatically and emotionally satisfying because of its repeated insistence that, because this world and the people in it are what they are, placing faith in God actually can be viewed as an act of defiance. Which is probably why they call it “faith,” not “certainty.”
