Matt and Bec Chat Men’s Mental Health on Adelaide’s Good Taste Breakfast

This week, Adelaide’s Good Taste Breakfast talked about men’s mental health as part of men’s mental health week 2022. Matt shared some of his story and expressed the importance of opening up and getting help when you need it.

The Life FM Careline is a non-for-profit community service that offers incredible support including prayer and a listening ear for the cost of a local phone call. Admitting you need help is one of the most difficult things to do, but it is the first step to recovery.
